That crazy head server can't do it all alone! Your
hands and feet are needed to help shuttle all the food from the kitchen to
the tables. If you are coming just to serve, be there approximately 30
minutes prior to the meal (mealtimes are listed in the newsletter). The
head server is in charge of the dining room, so follow his/her
instructions.
Again please note, that due to our liability insurance restrictions,
we ask that no one under the age of 21 serve meals. The possibility of hot
foods spilling and hurting someone is the main reason for the restriction.
Another rule to remember as a server you are not there to visit with the
team or candidates in the dining room. Just smile a lot!!!
Following all the meal, you are welcome to stay and eat. There is
always "more than enough" to feed everyone. There is a box for
green palanca (money donations) in the kitchen to help offset the costs of
the weekends. Please stay and fellowship in the dining room after the
candidates leave.
